Program Management Role
The Australian Defence Force is seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead the delivery of critical training and testing services. This is a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in project management, leadership, and team collaboration.

Requirements:
* A University Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, or other relevant discipline;
* Eligibility for registration as a Registered Project Manager (Reg PM) and certification as a CPPM through the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM);
* Minimum 8 years prior relevant experience;
* Ability to determine, monitor, and control project costs;
* Establish tactical and operational plans to achieve organisational results aligned with long-term business strategy;
* Experience in aviation Flight Operations, Maintenance / Design, and Aviation Safety Management under CASA and/or DASA regulatory environments is highly desirable.
Security Clearance:
Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain Australian Government (Defence) Security Clearance up to Negative Vetting Level 1.
