What You Bring
* 3–5+ years' experience in residential lending (brokerage or banking)
* Proven track record of consistent settlements and client retention
* Strong communication and client relationship skills
* Detail-oriented, organised, and self-motivated
* MFAA/FBAA accredited

* Manage end-to-end residential lending for new and repeat clients
* Deliver tailored client solutions across home and investment lending
* Collaborate with a high-performing team in a supportive, flexible environment
* Leverage existing leads and referral partnerships
