**Job Title:** F&B and Event Service Expert
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an F&B Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant services.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Tend to guests and exceed their expectations during the restaurant service period
* Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience
* Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with attention to detail
* Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
* Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
* Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Up-to-date RSA certification
* Relevant experience in a similar role
* Working rights in Australia
* Enthusiasm to elevate your career
* Self-motivation, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment
* Able to work minimum 3 shifts a week
