About the role:
The Enterprise Business Partner (Research & Commercial Activities) provides operational support to deliver ACU's Enterprise strategy. Reporting to the Dean, Enterprise, the role focuses on:
* Creating and managing strategic partnerships with industry, government and community organisations.
* Supporting research and commercial initiatives that advance ACU's mission and generate positive societal impact.
* Identifying and contributing to revenue-generating activities, tenders, contracts and enterprise programs.
* Working closely with faculties and directorates to enable new ways of working in research and industry engagement.
* Identifying opportunities to improve organisational policies and frameworks to better enable impactful engagement with government and industry.

* Total remuneration valued to $138,111 - $154,409 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $116,706 - $130,478 (pro rata) pa (HEW 8), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
* 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
* Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
