Role Overview
Working with an energetic team, your role will be critical in ensuring the smooth delivery of client projects, with a focus on the day-to-day executional elements of creative and production assignments, including internal briefs management (production, creative, digital) and timelines. Your tasks will be many and varied and will include the management of client facing work in progress documents, helping to drive the momentum of jobs, understanding, and managing the resource needs of jobs, as well as budget tracking and management. You will also help the senior team to prepare presentations, generate estimates and assist with pitches, from time to time.
Your success will come from gaining the trust and confidence of internal teams initially, and ultimately achieving the same from your clients. We are a tight, small team and your proactive and positive cando attitude will not go unnoticed.
You will be naturally curious, inquisitive, and have a love of communications. You will be genuinely interested in your clients' businesses as well as their competitive set, with the ability and desire to educate the team on category firsts and content of interest.
There will be a mix of clients, but 50% of your time will be spent working on behavioural change campaigns. This would be a great role for someone looking to transition from an implementation focussed role into one that is more strategic. A great training ground in behavioural change theories awaits, if this is of interest to you
