Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a high-performing sales and events team
* Drive revenue growth across MICE, C&E, Corporate, Inbound and Wholesale segments
* Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities
* Manage and grow key client relationships and strategic accounts
* Oversee sales activity, pipeline performance and conversion outcomes
* Develop and execute targeted sales activity across key market segments
* Contribute to forecasting, budgeting and commercial reporting
* Collaborate with Revenue, Operations and Accor sales teams
* Position the hotel as a leading conference destination in Cairns
* Champion Pullman brand standards and Accor Live Limitless engagement
