Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
* Ideally has sound cocktail and spirit knowledge, but an attitude to learn is key
Wine knowledge is a huge bonus.
* Drive for beverage service.
* Passion for delivering outstanding service.
* Proactive, strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude.
* Outgoing personality.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent presentation and grooming.
* Must be able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and late nights.
* Must have an RSA certificate.

Pay: $24.95 – $45.01 per hour
