Member Acquisition Specialist
This is a key role operating in a fast-paced contact centre environment as the first point of contact for member queries regarding products, sales and retention through channels such as phone or email.
About the Role
You will be responsible for recognising and responding to opportunities using needs analysis to determine which product best suits the member's needs. You will require strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with members across various channels.
* Provide expert guidance and personalised support to members
* Solve problems proactively by identifying and addressing individual needs
* Educate and empower members to understand their benefits
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the member journey
