Position Description
As a result of growth within the corporate practice generally, this premier law firm is now looking for a Lawyer with 4+ years PQE experience to join its leading M&A practice.
Responsibilities
* Advising on large‑scale public and private M&A transactions.
* Supporting capital markets and governance matters for ASX‑listed clients.
* Developing long‑term client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers within the team.
Qualifications
* 4+ years experience in corporate law.
* Top‑tier experience in M&A or corporate advisory.
* Commercially minded.
* Experience working directly with clients.
