We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Utility Workers across various departments, including Housekeeping, Kitchen Utility, or a combined Utility All Rounder.

Job Description
As part of your daily routine in one of these roles—Housekeeper, Kitchen Hand, or a combined Utility All‐Rounder at Cater Care—you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including:
* Setting up, maintaining, and clearing dining areas
* Operating dishwashing equipment and ensuring the cleanliness of kitchen facilities, utensils, and dining spaces
* Adhering to all legislated food safety and hygiene standards
* Providing efficient and friendly service during high‐demand periods
* Supporting team members across departments as needed
* Preparing and serving texture‐modified meals in accordance with dietary requirements
* Maintaining cleanliness, replenishing stock, and ensuring crib food levels are sufficient in the Dining Room
* Cleaning guest rooms and en suites, making beds as required (Housekeeping)
* Managing waste, sweeping, mopping, and other general cleaning duties in communal areas
Desired Skills And Experience
The Ideal Applicant Will Have:
* Experience working as a Utility/All‐Rounder/Cleaner/Housekeeper/Kitchen Hand for 12 months or more
* A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
* A motivated, enthusiastic and positive 'can‐do' attitude
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced, time‐sensitive environment
* Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
* Driver's licence (Auto or Manual)
* Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
Successful applicants will need to have or be willing to obtain a police clearance and undertake a pre‐employment medical assessment.
