Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the APAC rollout of integrated, built‐on products and services—primarily across Workday and SAP environments. This is a high‐impact role for someone who thrives in complex SaaS programs, enjoys working with senior stakeholders, and brings structure, clarity, and commercial rigour to large‐scale delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead complex, multi‐workstream programs from initiation through to closure
* Own integrated project plans, timelines, resourcing, budgets, and profitability
* Act as the central point of coordination for clients and internal stakeholders, including C‐suite engagement
* Proactively manage scope, risk, quality, and delivery outcomes
* Drive disciplined governance, reporting, and documentation
* Partner with commercial and consulting leaders to identify upsell and extension opportunities
* Support sales, pilots, and operational scoping as needed
* Embed continuous improvement through lessons learned and process refinement
Professional Experience/Qualifications
* 10+ years' program / project management experience, ideally within SaaS, HCM, or enterprise platform implementations
* Strong exposure to Workday and/or SAP programs (highly desirable)
* Proven experience managing complex stakeholder environments and remote, cross‐functional teams
* Commercial acumen—comfortable owning budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and margin
* Excellent communication, influencing, and problem‐solving skills
* High attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture
* Proficiency in MS Office and project tools such as Smartsheet
* Project Management certification and a Bachelor's degree is advantageous
