Key Responsibilities
Manage and follow up new and existing enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Build strong customer relationships and guide clients through the entire sales journey.
Maintain ongoing communication with prospective clients in a friendly, proactive, and persistent way.
Prepare, update, and maintain accurate customer communication and sales activity reports.
Support the Director in sales preparation, client meetings, and general business development tasks.
Key Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales or working with a property developer.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging new clients.
A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-developing industry.
An understanding of diverse local cultures and the ability to engage respectfully with a wide range of clients.
A positive, team-focused attitude and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in modular construction.
