Role Overview
We're on the lookout for a
Senior Account Manager
to join our passionate team of retail and shopper marketing specialists. This is your chance to work with some of Australia's most loved brands, managing end-to-end campaigns that make a real impact in-store and online.

A Typical Day
Your day is a mix of strategy, creativity and collaboration. You might start with a client WIP meeting to align on campaign progress, then brief the creative team on a new shopper activation. Later, you'll review artwork, provide feedback, and jump on calls with suppliers to confirm prize fulfilment and legal approvals. Throughout the day, you'll keep budgets and timelines on track, and finish by preparing a post-campaign analysis that showcases results and insights.
No two days are the same—expect variety, problem-solving and the thrill of seeing campaigns come to life in-store and online.
Key responsibilities
Be the key link between clients and the agency, managing strategy, creative, production and activation of shopper campaigns.
Build trusted client relationships through collaboration and delivery excellence.
Manage campaigns end-to-end—from briefing and creative development to production, activation and post-campaign analysis.
Partner with internal teams and external suppliers for prize sourcing, legal approvals, permits, fulfilment and winner notifications.
Oversee budgets, timelines and supplier coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Lead client WIPs and meetings, ensuring accurate contact reports and clear communication.
Support creative development by writing briefs and evaluating ideas against campaign objectives.
Prepare and present compelling decks and insightful post-analysis reports.
Share retail, promotional and shopper insights to inform strategy and creative.
Ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
Identify opportunities to grow existing client business.
We're looking for someone who's
Proven experience in shopper marketing, retail activation or promotional agency roles (typically 5+ years).
A natural communicator and relationship builder.
Highly organised and detail oriented.
Solid project management and budget control expertise.
Adaptable, resilient, and solutions focused.
A proactive, positive attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Passion for creative ideas and delivering outstanding client results.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
