The Role
We’re open to both emerging and experienced marketers, and will shape the position around the strengths of the right candidate.
Your day-to-day may include:
- Managing client projects from planning to execution (senior applicants will lead; coordinators will support and grow into this)
- Developing creative campaigns across digital, social and traditional media
- Social media management — strategy, content creation, scheduling and analytics
- Content creation (photo, video, Reels/TikTok-style content, stories, and creative campaign assets)
- Copywriting for websites, blogs, EDMs and marketing collateral
- Supporting and coordinating events, activations and content shoots
- Liaising directly with clients and building strong, genuine relationships
- Keeping projects running smoothly — timelines, briefs, budgets and deliverables
About You
We’re open to two experience pathways:
1. Marketing Account Manager Level
You may have:
- 2–4+ years in marketing, communications or account management
- Confidence managing clients, strategy and end-to-end campaigns
- Initiative and the ability to problem-solve on the fly
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to lead
- A love for creative thinking and delivering with excellence
2. Marketing Coordinator / Assistant Level
You may have:
- 1–3+ years experience in marketing, digital, comms or design
- A creative eye and passion for hands-on content creation (Canva Suite/Adobe)
- A willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong organisation and the ability to juggle tasks with ease
- A proactive, positive attitude and a love for collaborative work

Bonus points for Meta ads experience, Canva/Adobe skills, or an interest in storytelling and visuals. Video editing, e-comm and Google experience would be advantageous.
