The role will involve helping manage client relationships, nurturing local property owners, supporting marketing activities, and assisting the lead agent with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reaching out to local property owners and maintaining relationships
* Following up buyer and seller enquiries
* Managing CRM/database updates
* Assisting with social media and marketing content
* Organising inspections, appointments, and calendars
* Tracking recently sold and upcoming listings
* Supporting vendor communication and campaign management
* General administrative and operational support
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong communication and people skills
* Organised, proactive, and reliable
* Confident on the phone and with follow-up
* Interest in real estate, branding, and luxury property
* Experience in real estate, administration, sales support, or customer service preferred
* Social media and Canva skills are a bonus
