Supply, Trading & Shipping (ST&S)
We're one of the world's leading traders of commodities. As a supply, trading & shipping graduate, you'll connect to major energy markets while developing industry knowledge and commercial skills—from analysing data to influencing decision‐making, from building customer relationships to shaping deals. This programme gives you exposure and experience to build a future in commercial business.
About The Graduate Programme
Graduates join the ANZ Supply, Trading & Shipping early careers programme on the Commercial track. It offers a structured three‐year program with three 12‐month rotations, designed to accelerate the acquisition of foundational technical skills, experience and knowledge. It supports transition from university to discipline professional and includes personal effectiveness skills.
Commercial Development Track
Through the track you'll develop strong commercial acumen via rotations in strategy, market tracking, foreign exchange, trading operations, marketing & origination, structured products and chartering. Roles provide first‐hand exposure to trading & shipping activities, building a long‐term career.
About You
As a bp graduate, you have an interest or skill in delivering economic value, identifying solutions and strategies for cost savings, and a natural negotiation style. You will be valued, included and respected.
Eligibility
* have a Bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline (Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Arts, STEM)
* recently graduated or currently in your final year and graduating by December 2026
* hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
