Make an Impact. Lead with Purpose. Drive Results.
Join a values-driven marketing agency powering Australia's biggest charity brands.
About Us
At Adflex Marketing, we proudly partner with some of Australia's leading and most purpose-driven charity brands. As a full-service fundraising and marketing agency, we specialise in delivering large-scale face-to-face lottery and trade promotion campaigns that raise crucial funds for some of the nation's most impactful causes.
We work hand-in-hand with Marketing Companies who provide the face-to-face (F2F) agents that represent our charity partners in the field. Our team coordinates campaigns end-to-end—ensuring every interaction in the field reflects the integrity, professionalism, and values of the charities we support. If you're passionate about ethical fundraising, meaningful impact, and collaborative, high-performing teams—you'll feel right at home here.
About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Client Account Manager to join our expanding team and play a central role in delivering high-performing charity lottery and fundraising campaigns.
In this position, you will act as the primary connection point between our charity partners and the Marketing Companies who provide the face-to-face sales agents working in the field. A core part of your role will involve working closely with charity clients to plan, coordinate, and oversee each campaign from start to finish. You'll ensure that forecasts, creative assets, messaging, and compliance requirements are all aligned with the charity's objectives and that campaign delivery remains on track.
At the same time, you will support and manage our relationships with the Marketing Companies who supply the field teams. This includes briefing them on new campaigns, coordinating territory and channel allocations, monitoring field performance, and ensuring agents have everything they need to succeed across shopping centres, events, B2B, and other face-to-face environments.
You'll be responsible for tracking sales results, interpreting performance data, and communicating insights clearly to clients and stakeholders. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment—someone who enjoys solving problems, making informed decisions, and keeping campaigns moving smoothly.
As the central hub between clients, field teams, and internal departments, you'll play a vital role in ensuring each fundraising campaign is executed with excellence, integrity, and impact. Some interstate travel will be required for client meetings, campaign launches, and field visits.
