What will you be doing?
* Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis and translate into future‐ready, maintainable solutions
* Create functional designs, data models and flows.
* Own the end‐to‐end Salesforce functional testing activities
* Configure Salesforce, following a configuration first approach
* Manage change requests and monitor Salesforce usage and performance.
* Support with BAU activities to ensure end users are operational and efficient
What will you need?
* 4+ years as a Functional Consultant or technical resource in the Salesforce ecosystem
* End to end solution design and delivery experience
* Hands on experience with CI/CD processes and release management
* Experience with Apps such as: Calendly, Conga, Sumo as well as Salesforce CPQ
* Salesforce certifications: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Administrator
* Hands on Development experience highly regarded (Apex, LWC & integrations) – desirable.
