Our client is a respected national commercial law firm known for its deep expertise, long-standing client relationships and strong cultural values. The practice is led by two approachable and well-regarded partner who takes an active role in mentoring and supporting their lawyers.
The Role
You will join a thriving property practice advising institutional and private clients across a broad range of commercial property matters. Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, you will gain exposure to acquisitions, disposals, leasing, developments and property advisory work across commercial, industrial and retail assets.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer seeking greater responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to develop their commercial and technical skills within a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities include:
* Drafting and negotiating complex leasing and property agreements;
* Assisting on acquisitions, disposals and due diligence processes;
* Supporting development projects, including off-the-plan and mixed-use developments;
* Advising on property management, body corporate and related property issues; and
* Working directly with clients and stakeholders to deliver practical, commercial advice.
About You
You're a property lawyer with at least 3 years' PAE and a solid grounding in commercial property law and an opportunity to grow in a firm where mentoring and development is supported.
You'll also have:
* High-level drafting and stakeholder engagement skills;
* A collaborative mindset and a commitment to quality; and
