The role
The College Services team at Pymble are often referred to as the "engine room" of the College. The team facilitate and contribute to the efficient operation of the College by providing daily operational support in the co-ordination and production of resources required to sustain the immediate, short and long-range administrative needs of the College. The maintenance and management of data and information held by the College is key to this role. We are seeking a motivated, self-starter who thrives in a team environment.

- Experience with high attention to detail in preparation of materials, both hard copy and electronic
- Presentable, professional, and service orientated with a proactive mindset
- Highly organised and methodical in approach
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams (including pivot tables and mail merges)
- Technically savvy with an aptitude for working with various software systems
- High levels of organisation, time management and flexibility
- Data entry/typing speed min 70wpm
- Genuinely enjoy working in a team environment
