Holiday Manager Position
We are seeking a skilled Holiday Manager to lead our short-term rental operations.
About the Role
* Oversight of day-to-day property management, including maintenance, housekeeping, reservations, and guest services.
* Curation of exceptional guest experiences through tailored property recommendations, reservation assistance, and local insights.
* Effective management of reservations, check-ins, and check-outs to ensure memorable holiday experiences.
* Collaboration with the Operations Team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
* Ad-hoc tasks may include delivering items to properties, assisting with cleanups, helping guests with Wi-Fi, capturing social media content, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality, real estate, and property management.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Background in accommodation, hospitality, or real estate – preferably at a senior level.
* Ideal candidate holds a Class 2 real estate license or is willing to obtain one with training provided.
* A current driver's license is essential.
