A great opportunity to join a growing, award winning and progressive property company to support the team in an accounts receivable/ contract admin capacity.
**Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to;**
- Record sales contracts into the CRM system including land sales, build
sales and packaged sales
- Maintain records on the CRM system including recording deposit
information, recording receipts & commission due
- Process deposit transfers, deposit cancellations / refunds where applicable
- Issue tax invoices for commission claims and follow up payments with
vendors where necessary as well as managing outstanding invoicing
requirements
**About you**:
- You will have previous experience in accounts receivable, contract admin or anything of a similar nature
- Great attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise comfortably with external stakeholders
