Austek Spray Seal Pty Ltd is seeking a Trainee Bitumen Sprayer Operator to join our team in Dubbo, NSW. This is a full‐time position where you will learn to operate specialised machinery to apply bitumen sealants to road surfaces. The role is an integral part of our construction operations and offers excellent training and development opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
* Safely operate bitumen spraying equipment and machinery
* Prepare and maintain equipment to ensure efficient and reliable operation
* Monitor and control the application of bitumen to road surfaces
* Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations
* Participate in ongoing training and development to expand your skills
What We're Looking For
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Basic mechanical skills and experience operating heavy machinery
* Good attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Relevant construction or plant operation qualifications would be an advantage
* Must be an Australian citizen
