You will also be responsible for staying informed of changes to employment laws and regulations and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Previous experience in an HR role, with a focus on employee relations and advisory services.
* Proven ability to coach and develop front-line leaders through complex performance and conduct issues.
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
