The Research and Innovation pathway is a 12-month development opportunity for graduates, designed to enhance their skills and expertise across various fields.
These fields include aerospace/aeronautical engineering, chemical sciences, computer sciences, cyber security, IT, software engineering, telecommunications, electronic/electrical engineering, materials science, mathematics and physics, mechanical and mechatronic engineering, nuclear science, and psychology and social sciences.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will have the opportunity to advance their career prospects through higher salary increments.
