Job Description
Eric's Community Services are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and driven HR and Recruitment Coordinator to join our Bendigo team.
Your Duties (but not limited to)
* Leading the recruitment process from start to finish—posting roles, chatting with candidates, and helping us hire the right people
* Working closely with management to understand recruitment needs
* Creating a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new starters
* Supporting day‐to‐day HR tasks and helping maintain a positive workplace culture
* Assisting with policies, employee questions, and general HR support
* Helping us improve how we attract and retain outstanding people

* Experience in HR and recruitment
* A people‐first mindset and great communication skills
* Someone who's organised, adaptable, and enjoys a bit of variety in their day
* Confidence working with different stakeholders across the business
* A proactive attitude and willingness to jump in and help where needed

About You
* We require all our team members to be reliable, committed, and empathetic individuals who ensure quality in all they do
* Qualification in Human Resources or Similar
* NDIS Worker Screening check requiredNDIS orientation and induction modules
* Australian Driving licence
* Right to work in Australia
* Reliable car
* Able to commence work as soon as possible
Job Type
Casual, Part‐Time hours. Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour.
