Warehouse Assistant / Retail Consultant - Fyshwick
As part of the Bathroom Life team in Fyshwick, you will support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey, and undertake other tasks that keep the warehouse and inventory running smoothly.
Day-to-day responsibilities
* Undertake warehouse and inventory control activities
* Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
* Assist customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products
* Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone
* Use our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
* Keep the showroom and warehouse running smoothly and safely
Requirements & qualifications
* Previous experience in retail sales or warehousing, with a focus on building relationships and helping customers
* Enthusiastic, energetic, flexible and willing to learn and grow, even without prior bathroom experience
* Comfortable using a computer and keen to learn new systems
* Valid driver's licence; forklift licence very beneficial; opportunity to gain a Medium Rigid Licence
