Job Summary:
* We are seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with financial advisers, gather client information and assist in creating comprehensive financial plans.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with financial planners to contribute to the success of our clients by gathering client data, analyzing their financial situations and developing tailored plans
* Assist in client meetings, file note preparation, and strategy implementation
* Conduct thorough financial analysis and modeling to evaluate clients' financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment strategies
* Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in financial planning
Requirements:
* At least 1 year's experience in a similar role is preferred
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong knowledge of financial products, investment vehicles, and financial planning principles
* Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
* Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Outgoing, team-oriented and eager to learn
