Join the team and create the future of customer experience together.Digital Marketing Manager - AustraliaThe Digital Marketing Manager for ANZ & India is responsible for the planning, execution, optimisation and reporting of digital marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue across the region.This role blends hands-on campaign execution with performance management across channels, ensuring alignment to regional priorities while leveraging global programs. The ideal candidate is both operationally strong and commercially accountable, with a focus on measurable outcomes including lead generation, account engagement, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI.This position offers opportunities for candidates based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.What You'll Do:In this role, the primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Campaign Execution & Optimisation: Own end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across ANZ and India, including:LinkedIn paid campaigns and social media activationDisplay advertisingContent syndication programsConduct weekly performance reviews and optimise campaigns based on CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline contributionSupport campaign setup for events, webinars, and regional initiativesEmail Marketing & Lead Nurture: Manage monthly customer and prospect newsletters, ensuring localisation for APAC audiencesEmail marketing (customer and prospect newsletters)Design and localise lead nurture campaigns to deliver content that guides prospects through the funnelPartner with regional stakeholders to ensure relevance of messaging and segmentationWebsite & Content Operations: Maintain and update regional website content (EN-SG site), including:Publishing blogs and landing pagesApplying localised links, content and CTAs for demand generationEnsure website supports SEO, conversion optimisation, and campaign alignmentPaid Media & Agency Management: Oversee paid search in partnership with agencies:Monitor weekly performance and identify anomaliesLead monthly performance reviews with agency partnersCollaborate with agencies to improve campaign structure, targeting, and ROIAccount-Based & Display MarketingManage always-on 6sense display campaigns across ANZ and IndiaOptimise creative, audience segments, and spend allocationRefresh ad creatives and messaging periodically to maintain performanceContent Syndication Programs:Own execution and performance tracking of vendorsEnsure campaigns are fully activated across regions (ANZ, India)Identify and resolve budget underutilisation and delivery gapsAlign with sales and marketing ops to ensure proper campaign trackingBudget Management & Reporting: Manage regional digital marketing budgets, including:Monthly accruals and spend trackingQuarterly budget adjustments and forecastingEnsure accurate invoice processing and vendor managementProvide regular reporting on:Campaign performanceBudget utilisationPipeline contribution and influenceYou'll Bring5–8+ years in B2B digital marketing (preferably in SaaS or enterprise tech)Strong experience across:Paid media (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic)Email marketing and automationContent syndication and demand generationAccount engagement strategiesProven ability to manage regional campaigns across multiple marketsStrong commercial mindset with ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline outcomesHigh attention to detail with strong operational execution skillsTechnical Expertise inCRMs (eg. Salesforce),CMS (eg. Wordpress)Analytics platforms (eg.
