You'll drive engagement, coach support staff, oversee service quality, and foster a positive, outcomes-focused culture where both clients and workers thrive.
Your Impact
* Lead, coach, and support a team to deliver exceptional, rights-based service.
* Oversee end-to-end experience, including assessments, planning, risk management, and incident response.
* Drive outcomes using digital platforms to track goals and guide strategies.
* Build and maintain a strong, improvement-focused culture.
* Ensure compliance across performance, learning, audits, and certifications.
What You Bring
* Minimum Diploma-qualified in human services, allied health, social work, community services, nursing, or related fields.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar leadership role.
* Strong ability to drive outcomes and lead service improvement.
* Proven capability in coaching, performance management, and building high-performing teams.
* Skilled in managing risk, incidents, complaints, and service quality.
