We are looking for a team player with a can‐do attitude, experienced in the customer service/sales industry, to join our supportive team in Toowoomba.

What your day looks like?
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
* Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Support the external sales team by preparing quotes, products, and assisting customer accounts.
* Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.
Who are you?
* At least 6 months to 1 year experience in customer service/sales industry.
* The ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
* Computer literacy at an intermediate level.
* Good communication and written skills.
* Team player to support other areas when required.
* Experience in industrial products such as industrial hose and fittings is highly desirable but not essential.
