We are a small, but thriving private practice based in Sydney. Known for our multidisciplinary approach, we work alongside Occupational Therapists and Special Educators to deliver holistic, client-focused care across all age groups — with a strong emphasis on paediatrics.

About the Role
* Paediatric Focus (with variety): Provide speech pathology services primarily to children, while also supporting clients across other age groups.
* Holistic Care: Support language skills, swallowing/choking risks, social communication, and non-verbal communication.
* Educational Collaboration: Work with schools, teachers, and families to support students with speech and language needs.
* NDIS Service Delivery: Plan, deliver, and evaluate services for NDIS participants, helping them achieve meaningful goals.
* NDIS Training: Full training will be provided for NDIS service delivery requirements.
* Tech Integration: Implement the Visuals2Go app or other AAC technology to enhance communication and empower clients.
* Hybrid Work: Enjoy a balance of clinic-based and mobile/community work for flexibility and variety.
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Professional: Degree in Speech Pathology with current registration (SPA or equivalent).
* All Levels Welcome: We support both new graduates and experienced clinicians.
* Team Player: Collaborative, compassionate, and committed to improving client outcomes.
* Adaptable: Comfortable working with a varied caseload and open to continuous learning.
* Work Rights: Australian work rights required for this position.
