Your day-to-day:
* Manage the entire listing lifecycle — from agency agreements and compliance through to exchange and settlement
* Coordinate marketing and creative output including supplier bookings, print artwork, digital campaigns, EDMs and media scheduling
* Oversee team operations — managing inboxes, calendars, offshore support and auction logistics
* Support finance processes — issue VPA invoices, reconcile marketing expenses, and distribute trust receipts
* Uphold compliance and quality control across all documentation and systems
* Assist with onboarding, training and reporting for agents and new team members
* Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Head of Operations and Managing Director
About you:
* Prior experience in real estate administration, sales support or operations
* Strong understanding (or fast learner) of agency agreements, compliance and settlement processes in NSW
* Proficient with AgentBox, DocuSign, SharePoint and Trello (or similar CRM and workflow tools)
* Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills
* Clear and confident communicator with a proactive, service-oriented mindset
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellence
