Pay: Up to $38.10 per hour + Superannuation (at least 5% above award rate)
Position Overview
You will be a vital member of our early childhood education team, working alongside Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to design, deliver and enhance learning programs for children. Your focus will be on creating a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment that supports each child's development.
Responsibilities
* Plan and implement high‐quality learning activities in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Maintain a safe and welcoming environment, ensuring all children are protected and safeguarded.
* Work collaboratively with the team to review and improve programs and outcomes.
* Document observations and progress for each child, and communicate regularly with parents and other stakeholders.
* Participate in centre activities, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA approved equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current NSW Working with Children Check.
* Experience working in a high‐quality early childhood setting is an advantage.
