The KidSafe Connect Transformation Program is a business and digital transformation led by the Department for Child Protection to reimagine how we connect, support, and protect children and families.
As the Architectural Lead for the KidSafe Connect Program, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference by:
- Leading and overseeing the planning, design and implementation of the overarching technical architecture that supports the KSC Program.
- Providing strategic and technical advice to guide technology selection, solution design, and implementation decisions.
- Leading architectural governance and oversight for the KSC Program across multiple program streams to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Recognising and mitigate architectural risks early in the design and delivery lifecycle, ensuring resilience and sustainability.
- Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders including ICT, program delivery teams, senior leaders, partner agencies and external vendors.
To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to:
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable advice for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure data architecture and integration strategies enable safe, efficient, and ethical information sharing.
- Incorporate advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on proactive risk management.
- Develop and govern architecture that balances innovation, security, and operational practically.
- Influence technical direction across complex portfolios with a proven background in leading architectural governance forums.
