Looking for a rewarding admin role where you make a real difference? Join our Allied Health team supporting care across East Gippsland.

Bairnsdale Regional Health Service (BRHS) is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Administration Support Officer to join our Allied Health Administration within Central Intake Team.

The Contract: Ongoing Part-Time, 48.0 hours per fortnight. Wednesday to Friday shifts during business hours

The Role:

In this key frontline role, you will provide reception, administrative and customer service support to a range of Allied Health services including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Dietetics and more.

You will be responsible for delivering professional reception and telephone support, coordinating appointments and managing patient bookings, maintaining accurate records and data entry, and supporting clinicians with a range of administrative tasks.

The role also involves processing payments and daily banking, monitoring administrative workflows, and contributing to a welcoming, organised environment that ensures a positive experience for patients, families and staff.

About You

* Experience in administration and/or customer service (healthcare desirable)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office and client systems
* A team player with a professional, compassionate approach
