* Collaborate with manufacturing teams to analyse and optimise costing processes.
* Develop and maintain accurate cost models to support business decisions.
* Provide financial insights and reports to stakeholders on manufacturing operations.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
* Monitor budget performance and address variances proactively.
* Support month-end and year-end financial processes related to manufacturing costs.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
* Assist in strategic planning and forecasting for manufacturing operations.
The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Business Partner - Manufacturing (Costing) should have:
* Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven experience in cost analysis and financial reporting within manufacturing or FMCG industries.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
