About the Role
We are looking for a Support Officer Retail to join the growing team on a casual basis. As Support Officer Retail, you will provide exceptional customer service and logistics support to the Branch Rural Products team. Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.
Responsibilities
* Assisting in the safe storage of rural products
* Handling, receiving and dispatching of store stock
* Performing rural products and logistics support
* Providing administrative support for the processing of sales
* Performing rural products sales (in store) as well as general shed and yard duties
About You
* Committed to the provision of high-quality customer service
* Have an understanding of agriculture products and your clients' current and future needs, the region and our competitors
* Have demonstrated high-quality written and verbal communication and customer service skills, along with basic computer skills
* Are able to work independently and have good time management skills
* Ideally have some previous sales experience
* Have a drivers license. A Forklift and HR Truck license is preferred but not essential
