Job Summary
This role oversees and expands client partnerships, delivering projects promptly, to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage ongoing communication with clients.
* Understand client requirements and provide quotes, recommendations, and print solutions.
* Coordinate all stages of the project lifecycle – enquiry, artwork, production, finishing, dispatch, and delivery.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure project specifications, deadlines, and quality standards are met.
* Monitor project progress and provide proactive updates to clients.
* Handle urgent requests, changes, or issues with a problem-solving mindset.
* Maintain accurate project records, POs, artwork files, and communication logs.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
* Identify opportunities to upsell or expand service offerings to existing clients.
* Support the sales team with client insights and opportunity pipelines.
