About the Role
As the Residential Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, and clinical governance of the facility. You will lead from the front, fostering a positive culture, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering exceptional resident-focused care.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential service
* Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team
* Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the service
* Manage budgets, occupancy, and financial performance
* Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders
About You
* 3-5 years' experience in a leadership role within aged care or residential services
* Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
* Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Clinical background (Registered Nurse) highly regarded but not essential
