Responsibilities
* Partner with senior technology leaders to define AI adoption roadmaps, digital transformation strategies, and technology investment priorities.
* Facilitate co-design workshops and architecture sessions and translate business goals into actionable technology plans.
* Build trusted client relationships, communicating architecture decisions and trade-offs clearly to both executive and technical audiences.
* Lead architecture workstreams within large-scale transformation programs, ensuring consistency across solution components and delivery squads.
* Develop architecture artefacts including reference architectures, solution blueprints, integration designs, and technology decisions.
* Apply enterprise architecture principles across business, data, application, and technology domains to define target‐state architectures and support business case development.
* Define and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps, aligning technology evolution with business strategy and program delivery milestones.
* Design and support delivery of AI‐enabled solutions including generative AI, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics.
* Contribute to platform engineering initiatives covering cloud‐native infrastructure, developer platforms, CI/CD, and containerisation.
* Align AI/ML workloads with appropriate infrastructure, tooling, and MLOps practices and promote responsible AI principles.
Required Skills & Experience
* 12+ years in technology/solutions architecture, with 2+ years in program architecture, platform engineering, or AI‐led transformation.
* Hands‐on experience with AI/ML domains including generative AI, intelligent automation, and practical solution design.
* Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud‐native architecture patterns.
* Familiarity with platform engineering covering Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and developer experience platforms.
* Working knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and delivery methodologies (Agile, SAFe).
* Strong communication skills with the ability to produce clear architecture documentation and engage executive stakeholders.
* Cross‐industry exposure across two or more of the following verticals: Banking, Financial Services, Utilities or Retail.
* Prior experience in a technology consulting or advisory firm is desirable.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent demonstrated experience.
* Professional certifications in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or architecture (TOGAF, CASP) are advantageous.
* Ability to communicate clearly in English across executive and technical audiences.
