Operations Supervisor Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Hobart, Tasmania depot. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and ensuring seamless operations.
* Manage incoming reservations and provide a warm welcome to guests
* Take charge of fleet maintenance, logistics, and upkeep
* Assist in training, supervise, and coach your team members
* Oversee stock management, local suppliers, and cleaning services
* Handle customer complaints, emergencies, and local issues promptly
* Clean and prepare campervans for rental
Key Responsibilities
1. Travel industry experience with a focus on Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car
2. Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with customers
3. Eligibility to work in Australia with a valid driver's license
4. Availability to work weekends and national holidays
5. Proven responsibility and organizational skills
