In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants while upholding best practices in property management. You will be supported by a dedicated team, including two Assistant Property Managers, a Trust Manager, and an Office Administration Manager.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring efficient and high-quality service
* Oversee lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management
* Handle maintenance requests, inspections, and compliance with property regulations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Resolve tenant disputes and ensure timely conflict resolution
* Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and legislative changes
* Assist with business development and client retention strategies
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property management
* Strong knowledge of tenancy laws and property regulations
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Property Tree software, Inspection Express and Microsoft Office
* A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
