We are currently recruiting for a Sales Specialist opportunity working across multiple established residential communities located throughout Sydney, with corporate offices based in a central location.
The client is open to either a temporary or permanent arrangement for the right candidate, with an immediate start available.
The Role
* Manage the full client journey from enquiry through to sign‐up
* Build and maintain strong sales pipelines and referral relationships
* Conduct tours and consultations with prospective residents/clients
* Deliver a high‐touch, relationship‐driven customer experience
* Drive occupancy and sales outcomes across multiple locations
Ideal Background
* Strong consultative or long‐cycle sales experience
* Experience within property, lifestyle, residential communities, luxury service or relationship‐driven sales environments highly regarded
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Self‐motivated, polished and target‐driven
