Your Opportunity
As a Solution Architect you will lead the design and implementation of robust technology solutions across Anglicare. You’ll collaborate with developers, engineers, project managers, SaaS vendors and business stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that align with organisational goals and technical requirements.

You are a strategic thinker and collaborative leader with deep technical expertise. You bring strong communication skills and the ability to influence decisions across complex environments.
With Integrity and Resilience You Will
* Analyse business requirements and design comprehensive solutions
* Lead architecture for SaaS, Cloud (Azure) and on‑premises environments
* Ensure solutions meet security, scalability and performance standards
* Provide technical guidance to development and test teams
* Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements
You Will Also Need
* 5+ years’ experience as a Solution Architect on enterprise‑level projects
* Proven experience across SaaS, Cloud (Azure) and on‑prem solutions
* Strong knowledge of security architecture standards and best practices
* Familiarity with strategic ERP systems such as Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow and Microsoft technologies
* Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science (preferred)
* Certifications in Cloud vendor offerings (preferred)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
