Role Overview
We have an opportunity for an experienced and client focused Chuan Spa & Health Club Receptionist to provide superior guest and client service for our Chuan Spa, continue its presence as the market leading Day Spa on the Gold Coast and a destination in itself.
Key Responsibilities
As a client focused Chuan Spa and Health Club Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing superior client services across our Chuan Spa Menu, delivering an unforgettable welcome and overall experience for our clients that epitomises the Chuan Spa philosophy and Brand Standards. You will be the first point of contact for our Spa and Health Club clients, offer a relaxed and warm welcome, and provide exceptional service. In this role, you will take and organise the Spa Bookings & Treatment Experience ensuring superior Spa Menu knowledge to create bespoke experiences. You will also support the Spa Therapists ensuring that Treatment Rooms are stocked and ready for each experience, offer a warm farewell to our clients, and support our retail sales through excellent product knowledge. Additionally, you will support our Health Club & Wellness experience, providing information to our clients, ensuring that the Indoor Pool, Sauna and Health Club meet Brand Standards and deliver an overall luxury experience for guests and clients. As a true Spa & Wellness advocate, you will be pivotal in the success of the wider Hotel, and the overall guest experience, ensuring that our discerning guests can find balance and bliss at The Langham, Gold Coast.
Qualifications & Skills
Our Spa & Health Club Receptionist will be a true service professional who resonates with the Chuan Spa philosophy and aims to always exceed client expectations. To be successful in the role you will have been in the same or similar position and proven experience meeting a high level of performance across service, knowledge and quality.
