About the Position: Junior Family Lawyer
Our client is seeking an accomplished Junior Family Lawyer to join their expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will handle complex and high-value family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property settlements. You will provide strategic legal advice, develop case strategies, and represent clients in court. Additionally, you will have a mentor and guide, contributing to your professional growth and the overall success. Your billable target will be 4.5-6 hours per day.
Key Requirements:
- Admission as a Solicitor in Queensland
- Minimum of 1-3 years PAE in family law
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage a diverse and complex caseload independently
- Commitment to professional development and staying updated on legal precedents
