Leading the Service Delivery team, your roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Staff training and development
- Lead the team to meet KPI's
- Conduct 'One on One' catch ups
- Monthly reviews and development plans
- Manage open calls and escalations
**Skills and Experience***
- Solid background in call centre leadership
- Proven ability to lead a team
- Solution orientated and results driven
- Computer literate - Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of service operations highly regarded
