Associate, Client Management & Execution-QLD role at NAB. Great way to progress your career within Client Management & Execution (CME) and Corporate and Institutional Bank (C&IB). Permanent opportunity Brisbane.
Responsibilities
* Undertake financial and credit risk analysis for the preparation of credit submissions, including customer annual reviews and other requests, documentation and execution for assigned customer groups.
* Manage ongoing monitoring of the risk profile and requirements of assigned client groups, ensuring portfolio hygiene, including customer covenant compliance, is kept to a good standard and system data is accurate.
* Manage workflow and stakeholders between client coverage, CME, Product Specialists, Credit and client support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
* Maintain an ongoing awareness of credit policy, credit and market risk and internal risk appetite.
* Drive and embed quality, consistency and continuous improvement practices / activities in CME, with emphasis on improving the quality of credit submissions, turnaround times and management of business risks.
* Collaborate across the Enterprise to maximise the effectiveness of NAB's objectives and deliverables, including a great customer experience.
* Drive the desired Enterprise culture of trust, effective decision-making, strategic agility and constructive challenging.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications with a degree in Business or Finance or a related discipline
* Professional experience in the financial industry
* Credit and execution experience
* Broad C&IB system & product knowledge and industry insight
* Excel modelling skills
* Previous experience successfully managing internal stakeholders
* Ability to understand Risk policies, including Credit Risk, Operational Risk etc.
* Ability to understand and interpret economic and market factors and events
