Teacher - Trainer/Assessor – Motivation Education and Career School (MECS)
Make a real difference in the lives of young Western Australians!
Following the successful opening of our new school in Term 1, we are expanding our team. This is a unique chance to support disengaged young people to reconnect with education, build confidence, and develop pathways into employment and further training.
About Us
The Motivation Foundation is a purpose‐driven organisation dedicated to supporting young Western Australians to develop skills, confidence, and sustainable career pathways – particularly within the Civil Construction and Mining sectors.
Since 2008, we have helped hundreds of young people transition into the workforce through industry‐aligned training, real‐world experience, and strong employer connections.
In 2026, we launched the Motivation Education and Career School (MECS), a registered Curriculum and Re‐engagement in Education (CaRE) school. MECS provides an alternative education pathway for students seeking a hands‐on, industry‐focused learning environment.
